Can you become super rich?

Can you become super rich?

“Money is a part of our karma—when handled with wisdom, it becomes the energy that supports our destiny, strengthens our choices, and protects our peace.”

In a horoscope, the 2nd House deals with finance, income, and bank balance –an abundance of cash, but not immovable assets. Actually, from this house, the habit of frugality and extravagance are examined. This is the main house for the accumulation of hard-earned wealth. The important point to bear in mind is that this house does not stand for direct income or source of income –it only saves your income to generate a cash balance.

The indication of the sources of income comes from the 6th, 10th, and 11 Houses of the horoscope, and the Hora chart or the D2 chart. The 11th House is the house of desire fulfilment, gains, and opportunity of gains and fulfilling desires –all types of gains. 10th House is the house of occupation and profession. The 2nd, 6th, and 10th houses are called Artha Trikon houses which mean houses of money. They are trine (120° apart) to one another –the 2nd house is the 5th from the 10th, 6th from the 2nd, and 10th from the 6th which means they reflect the reason for one another. Consequently, the 10th house is the 9th house of the 2nd house; it means the 9th house is the cause and result of the 2nd house: the 10th house is the house of occupation/work and 2nd house income. Again the 2nd house is the 9th house from the 6th house meaning the 6th house is the reason and the 2nd house is the cause or result of the actions of the 6th house. So, in relation to income or earnings the 2nd, 6th, 10th, and 11th houses work coherently.

Therefore, the 2nd, 6th, 10th, and 11th houses are directly related to the financial position. For being able to accumulate an abundance of wealth these houses must not be afflicted by the functional malefic and weak planets. The debilitated, combusted planets and functional malefic planets are detrimental to the accumulation of wealth. The Artha Trikona houses should be free from afflictions and their lords also should be in good dignity.

The 5th and the 9th houses also play a major role in making one amassed with wealth and opulence. The 5th house is called the house of Poorva Punya or the house of good deeds of the past birth. So, a strong 5th house and 5th lord bless the native a life of ease and comfort. The 9th house is called the house of luck or fortune. A strong 9th house and the 9th lord immensely support the fortune in the life path of the native.

Lastly, but not in any way less important, the 8th house also has a role in gaining wealth. The 8th house is just opposite the 2nd house, the house of money, finance, and bank balance. The 2nd house stands for self-earned money. On the contrary, the 8th house stands for others' money. In other words, it refers to the money earned by other than the self (you) but it comes to you, e.g., a windfall, legacy, inheritance, lottery, and the like. A strong 8th house and 8th lord can bless one with huge money suddenly.

Amongst planets, Jupiter, Moon, and Venus represent finance. Jupiter is the significator (karaka) of finance and the 2nd, (5th,) and 11th houses. Venus rules the 2nd house, the house of finance by default, and Moon attains its exaltation status in the 2nd house.

So, in the D1chart, the main houses to examine for finance are the 2nd and 11th houses, their lords and the Nakshatras of the 2nd and the 11th houses, and the Nakshatrs the lords of the 2nd and 3rd house have taken on with them. The 8th house represents unearned or unexpected money such as lottery, legacy, and inheritance.

The following configuration of the 2nd and 11th houses lords and their Nakshatras indicates an abundance of money:-

1. The lords of the 2nd and 11th houses exchange their houses i.e., the lord of the 2nd house is in the 11th house and the lord of the 11th house is in the 2nd house.

2. The lords of the 2nd and 11th houses are conjoined together in Upachaya/ Kendra/Trikona house.

3. The lords of the 2nd and 11th houses are in the Upachaya/Kendra/Trikona houses.

4. The lords of the 2nd and 11th houses are posited in their friends’ houses, Multrikon, own, and exaltation positions.

5. The Nakshatra lords of the 2nd and 11th houses are posited in the Upachaya, Trikona, and Kendra houses. Even if any one of the lords of the 2nd and/or 11th houses is/are posited in the 8th or 12th houses, the Nakshatra of these planets must be posited in the Upachaya, Kendra, or Trikona houses.

6. The Nakshatras of the lords of the 2nd and 11th houses are posited in the Upachaya, Kendra, or Trikona Houses.

7. Jupiter, the Karaka planet of Finance, and Venus are posited in the Kendra or Trikona houses in their own, friends,’ Multrikona or exaltation signs

8. The 2nd and the 11th houses must not be afflicted by malefic planets.

Hora chart or D2 chart.

1. If the 2nd house lord of birth chart occupies the 2nd house even in the Hora chart, then it is an indication of inheriting a big legacy from the family. It may be in the form of joint assets and common treasury.

2. 2nd House lord of the D1 chart placed in the 12th House of the Hora chart means one may lose his/her whole money during lifetime.

3. If the 2nd house lord of Hora chart (in case of Cancer Ascendant or Chandra Hora) occupies any of the Kendra or Trikona Houses in the D1 chart then it means monetary affluence.

These are some of the basic rules of examining the financial position of a native. Besides, there are various Dhan yogas and Daridra yogas that are not made part of the discussion here.

Know the Height of your Future spouse.

According to the Hindu, beliefs marriage is one of the sixteenth sacramental rites in the passage of human life. The marital pairs are destined; we are just circumstantial occasions. In the social context, marriage is an institution that refers to our cultural milieu and conforms to the process of a social construct. From the point of view of a young individual, it is a very fascinating occasion of life. Every young man and woman wait eagerly for this epoch-making occasion of life. The more romantic ones occasionally dwell upon fantasy land imagining what their presumptive life partner looks like, how far he/she is and what he/she does…The astrology is such a coffer of a branch of knowledge passed to us by our Seers and Rishis which can accurately answer such inquisitions. While saying this I humbly hope that the esteemed readers who assert themselves having highly progressive (!) outlooks would not label me as an oriental hypocrite. Secrets of Shannadi Chakra.

Shannadi means six Naadis, i.e. Nakshatras (constellations). Shannadi chakra is a chakra or chart of six Nakshatras. Shannadi chakra along with Naba Tara chakra provides additional inputs to the dasha and gochar system and, thus helps in maximizing prediction accuracy.   Actually, the dasha, gochara, Shannadi chakra, and Naba Tara chakra function like interconnected components in predicting the effects of a particular period of time upon a native.   Truly speaking, the result they give is amazing – almost infallible.    How is the Shannadi chakra drawn? The Janma Nakshatra is a very important consideration in Vedic astrology. Janma Nakshatra means that Nakshatra (constellation) which the Moon takes on with it at the moment of birth of a native. The Shannadi chakra is drawn counting the Moon as the 1 st Nakshatra or Naadi which is called Janma Nakshatra.  The names of the Shannadi Chakra are: - 1) Janma Naadi, 2) Karma Naadi, 3) Shang...

Varsha Pravesh, Varshaphal and Muntha effects.

Varsha Pravesh or Varshaphal and Muntha system of horoscopy are originally Arabian concepts which might have come to India through interaction between Arabian and Indian astrological scholars approximately 1500 years back.  For its Arabian origin, this system is called Tajika or Tajik system and it is employed for casting    only the annual progression horoscope but not the natal horoscope. The Varsha Pravesh system has been in practice in India since the time of Barahamihira (505 -587), the famous Hindu astronomer, mathematician and astrologer who wrote many books on auguries, and authored the Brihat-Jatak and the Laghu-Jataka, the two great treaties of astrology. Until then the Tithi Pravesh system had been employed in casting annual horoscope in India. Although Varsha pravesh and Muntha differ in the method of casting the annual charts but for drawing the inferences for forecasting the events of life the findings of both the charts are employed. So, they are c...
