Astrology on Higher Education. Part:1

This post is the continuation of my 16th post published on 20th January 2015 in which I delineated on prediction on lower level education. In this post, I deal with the basics in predicting one’s prospect in higher education.

As a fact, in astrology, no House deals with the issues of education. Higher level education is a matter of intellect. 5th House and its Lord deal with cognitive development and intellect. 4th house, its lord, and Moon deal with a degree of memory power and consistency level of the mind.

As I said in my earlier post, Mercury stands for understanding power, grasping power, analyzing capacity, clarity in expression(written or oral), organizing ideas and expressing them with objectivity, in other words, communicative skills. Jupiter signifies thoughts of higher level and knowledge with the ambiance of superlative wisdom.

The 3rd House and the Lord of the 3rd House give us clear information whether one will succeed or not in examinations and if succeeds then with what quality.

To examine success or failure and the quality level is important because nevertheless the 5th house and its lord assure intellect one may not succeed or the quality of the result may not be in congruence with his or her level of intelligence. So, critical examination of the 3rd House is indispensable. In general, the following combination in the Natal chart indicates success in higher education:
Ø The 5th House must be strong and not inflicted by deposition of an enemy planet or by aspect from an enemy planet.
Ø The 9th House (5th from the 5th) must be strong and is not inflicted by enemy planets.

Ø The lord of the 5th house is posited in the 5th house itself or in its own house in case it rules two houses.
Ø The 5th house lord is posited in its friendly signs and in the ascendant or 4th or 7th or 10th or 5th or9th house.

Ø If the lord of the 5th house is posited in its friendly signs and in 3rd or 11th house, it is not bad.

Ø The lord of the 5th house is in the exalted position not only by sign position but also within the corresponding degree of exaltation.
Ø The lord of the 9th house is posited in its friendly sign and in the ascendant or 4th or 7th or 10th or 5th or 9th house. Ø The lord of the 9th house is in the exalted position.
Ø The 5th and 9th houses are occupied by their friendly planets.
Ø The 5th and 9th house are in aspect from the planets which are friendly to the lords of these two houses.

Ø 5th and 9th houses are in aspect from their own lords.
Ø The lords of 5th and 9th houses are associated or in some way related with friendly and the lord or lords of ascendant, 4th or 10th or 9th house.

According to the Hindu, beliefs marriage is one of the sixteenth sacramental rites in the passage of human life. The marital pairs are destined; we are just circumstantial occasions. In the social context, marriage is an institution that refers to our cultural milieu and conforms to the process of a social construct. From the point of view of a young individual, it is a very fascinating occasion of life. Every young man and woman wait eagerly for this epoch-making occasion of life. The more romantic ones occasionally dwell upon fantasy land imagining what their presumptive life partner looks like, how far he/she is and what he/she does…The astrology is such a coffer of a branch of knowledge passed to us by our Seers and Rishis which can accurately answer such inquisitions. Secrets of Shannadi Chakra.

Shannadi means six Naadis, i.e. Nakshatras (constellations). Shannadi chakra is a chakra or chart of six Nakshatras. Shannadi chakra along with Naba Tara chakra provides additional inputs to the dasha and gochar system and, thus helps in maximizing prediction accuracy.   Actually, the dasha, gochara, Shannadi chakra, and Naba Tara chakra function like interconnected components in predicting the effects of a particular period of time upon a native.   Truly speaking, the result they give is amazing – almost infallible.    How is the Shannadi chakra drawn? Varsha Pravesh, Varshaphal and Muntha effects.

Varsha Pravesh or Varshaphal and Muntha system of horoscopy are originally Arabian concepts which might have come to India through interaction between Arabian and Indian astrological scholars approximately 1500 years back.  For its Arabian origin, this system is called Tajika or Tajik system and it is employed for casting    only the annual progression horoscope but not the natal horoscope. The Varsha Pravesh system has been in practice in India since the time of Barahamihira (505 -587), the famous Hindu astronomer, mathematician and astrologer who wrote many books on auguries, and authored the Brihat-Jatak and the Laghu-Jataka, the two great treaties of astrology. Until then the Tithi Pravesh system had been employed in casting annual horoscope in India. Although Varsha pravesh and Muntha differ in the method of casting the annual charts but for drawing the inferences for forecasting the events of life the findings of both the charts are employed.
