Pitridosha in Your chart and Remedies.

Hindu astrology has enumerated a very long list of ‘Doshas’ (= negative Yogas)/Shrapitdosha that may find places in our birth charts. Plainly speaking not a single birth chart is immune to doshas; but all the doshas are not uniformly harmful to a native. Of them, all the following are the important ones in terms of their power to yielding very harmful effects in a birth chart. i.      Ptradosha/Pitrudosha ii.          Kaalsarpadosha (about which I published a post in this blog on 02-09-2017) iii.       Mangalikdhosh (about which I published a post in this blog on 26-10-2019) iv.                Gandamooldosha v.                Shrapitdosha vi.                Nadidosh vii.                Pretdosha Who become pitras and what is Pitradosha/Pitrudosham?   Pitras are our forefathers or ancestors who are no more in this mortal world – dead.   The ancestors who have died unnatural deaths such as by accident, suicide, natural calamities, diseases or died at an immature age become P

Secrets of Saturn's Saade Saati.

The literal meaning of the term “Saade Saati” is 7½ years. The Planets that participate in causing the Saade Saati are Moon and Saturn. When Saturn transits the 12 th house from the Moon sign, Saade Saati begins and when he (Saturn) leaves out the 2 nd house from the Moon, the Saade Saati period comes to an end.  This same rule is also applicable from the Ascendant, but, not from the ascendant lord. (Please refer to my previous post captioned as ‘Saade Saati of Saturn’ dt.26 October 2019, which is just two posts back from it). Actually, it should be calculated and examined from both points.  We have common experience that most of the people have a phobia about Saade Saati. In fact, Saade Saati is not as fearful as it’s thought for or rather I may say it is painted/ blemished to be so. The Saade Saati generates  favorable as well as harmful results depending upon the position and strength of Saturn and the configuration of planets in a birth chart. In the following conditio

Timing of Marriage.

Marriage is one of the rites of passage of our life. The Hindus consider it as one of the sixteenth sacramental rites of life. It’s one of the major methods of socialization. Some say it makes human life complete and meaningful; while some other say, you will regret if you do not have it and doubly regret if you    have it.   When one grows up to marriageable age (above 18 years of age), the parents/ guardians become much concerned about the marriage of their children.   On the other hand, the ones who intend to get married become curious about their future life partner.   Cycle of birth and death and PRARABHDHA   KARMA (accumulation of the karma of past births) and ARJIT KARMA (acquired karma of this birth) are the basic postulates of astrology.  And thus it is believed that one’s    life partner and the time of marriage are pre- defined by the super natural power; we are just part of the occasion.  The astrology can decode such heavenly defined equations such a

Abhijit Muhurta

The Hindu astrology believes that success in any work much depends upon the auspicious moment at which it is commenced. Muhurat is that favorable time during which the ethereal currents emitted from the planets at that particular moment generates very positive energy in the environment which helps us attain success.  The literal meaning of the word 'Abhijit  is 'Victorious'. So, this Muhurat is the timing at which the event, activity or project initiated ends in success. According to   Indian Astrology , Muhurta is the most propitious moment for performing an important event or activity.  Great Astrologers and intellectuals have developed a complete Electional Astrology that guides us the influences contained in the time that are well disposed or ill disposed to and select the suitable moment for various events or activities. We call such auspicious moments of the day as   shubh lagna and inauspicious moments as Ashubh Lagna. Abhijit Muhurta is the Muhurta base
